At Levels, we believe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is about much more than learning techniques. Our Kids Programme is designed to help children build confidence, discipline, resilience, and respect in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Through structured classes and expert coaching, children develop important life skills while improving their fitness, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Every lesson is designed to challenge and engage students while ensuring they enjoy their time on the mats.
Whether your child is naturally confident or a little shy, our welcoming team works hard to create an environment where every student feels included, supported, and encouraged to progress at their own pace we have both Male & Female coaches on our team to ensure all children feel safe and comfortable with both Enhanced Disclosures & Security Clearances for additional safety.

More Than a Martial Art
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches children how to overcome challenges, stay calm under pressure, and develop confidence through achievement. As students learn new skills and progress through the programme, they gain a sense of accomplishment that often carries over into school, sports, and everyday life.
Your Child's First Class
No experience is required. New students are welcomed by our coaching team and introduced to the class in a friendly and encouraging environment. They'll take part in age, an ability appropriate warm-ups, learn fundamental techniques, and work with training partners under close supervision. Additionally you are able to stay and watch 2/3 sessions each week. Our Wednesday class is a closed class as this is a class where the children improve their independence on the Mats allowing them to rely on their instincts and improve their development.

Little Levels Intro (Age 5-10)
For all our new starters we focus heavily on fundamental movements and coordination. Through engaging high energy drills and games. Your child will develop body awareness, balance, and a strong athletic foundation. Additionally we introduce core concepts of Jiu Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment that builds confidence from day one.
Little Levels Program (Age 5-10)
Once our kid’s are able to successfully complete the fundamental movements independently we continue to focus heavily on their fundamentals, as well as build on their basic Jiu Jitsu skills with more advanced techniques. We introduce positional sparring, and supervised live rolling, so they are able to apply what they’ve learnt in realistic situations.
Youth Programme (Ages 10-14)
Our older kid’s focus on developing stronger jiu jitsu fundamentals and structural mechanics. They learn more complex techniques and sequences, as well as how to effectively apply leverage, control opponents, and think strategically under pressure with supervised live rolling. We push our older kid’s to be more disciplined in their training, an accountable for their attitude, participation and personal growth in preparation to advance to the Standard Adult’s classes when ready. This class is fantastic for building functional fitness, sharp mental focus, and strong anti bullying self defence skills.

No-Gi training is fast paced, highly athletic, and incredibly practical. Without collar and sleeve grips used in traditional Gi training, children learn to rely on pure technique, body positioning, and core movement patterns that translate perfectly to other sports and everyday self defence.
