Absolutely not. A huge percentage of our team started with zero martial arts experience. Our beginner friendly classes are specifically designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of no gi jiu jitsu safely and systematically. Everyone on the mats is here to help you learn.
What should i wear to my first no gi jiu jitsu class?

Since we specialise in No-Gi BJJ, you do not need to buy a traditional gi. For your first free trial session, simply wear clean, comfortable sports wear without pockets, zips or buttons - such as a fitted t shirt or rashguard paired with athletic shorts or leggings.
